DESCRIPTION:Diese Veranstaltung ist Teil des ÖGPH-Jubiläumsjahres zum 30. Jahrestag der Fachgesellschaft. \nThe transition from a master’s degree program to a further academic career is a challenge for many young researchers\, including those in the field of public health. The interdisciplinary nature of the subject requires not only in-depth specialist knowledge\, but also the ability to translate practical experience into scientific questions. Many young researchers are faced with the question of how they can strategically utilise their skills to shape their academic career. At the same time\, networks\, interdisciplinary collaboration and research-related skills are crucial to creating long-term career prospects. The event addresses these challenges by offering guidance for academic career development and providing practical insights into academic career paths. This enables a targeted entry into academic public health research.
